These shoes are really sexy and really high. I love them; however, due to the height, your foot has a tendency to slide forward (especially with the slick material in the instep). It was not comfortable for my pinky toe. Even putting a pad in the ball of the foot didn't help a whole lot. I wear heels on a daily basis so I am mindful of the comfort level. I don't plan to return them, but I do plan to find something else to prevent the slide forward, cause they're too sharp not to wear!!
